Return Eligibility

Products purchased from Gold Server LLC can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all accessories included. Certain products such as electronic cigarettes may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned

Downloadable software or digital products

Items that have been used or damaged by the customer

Electronic cigarettes due to health and hygiene reasons (unless defective)

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@goldserver365.com. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the return process and specify that you wish to exchange it. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@goldserver365.com. We will provide a replacement or refund depending on the situation. In these cases, we cover all shipping costs for the return and replacement.

Late or Missing Refunds

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
